Diced, with no added sugar, our dehydrated mangoes are a mainstay in our very own Mango Tango brats that we sell at Whitefeather Meats. Make your own Mango Tango brats or experiement with a different recipe, either way, we're certain you'll love a little fruit in your meat. Not making brats? No problem, our dehydrated mangoes are a great snack!
Instructions:
- Add 2.5 pounds of diced mangoes to 25 pounds of meat (or 10% mango weight per weight of the meat)
- Use more or less mangoes to desired level of sweetness
